I purchased my car through your internet department so the only time I was at your showroom was the day I picked up the vehicle.  ALL your employees (from the gentleman standing in the parking lot when I drove up, to another person sitting at a table when I walked in, to a third person working in the garage) were very friendly and helpful.  I would recommend your dealership to my family and friends.  My experience was actually "joyful"!  Your dealership doesn't fit my "perception" of the "car salesman" industry (i.e. pushy, hungry, desperate sales people!).  I experienced customer service at it's best!  Your Internet Department did a fabulous job taking care of me.  Each one of Walt's responding e-mails were personalized.  He proactively asked me questions (things I didn't even think about asking) and made the buying process very easy.  I would never have imagined I would buy a car over the internet but Walt made it easy.  He was very "attentive" and not "aggressive".  I liked that!
